1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Autilogix products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products. These terms are between you and Thalamus LLC ('Autilogix').
2. Use of the service
You may use Autilogix products for lawful purposes only. You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary methodology from our products; use our products to build a competing service; share your account credentials with others; or use our products in a way that violates any applicable law.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@autilogix.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Intellectual property
All content, methodology, software, and trademarks in Autilogix products are the exclusive property of Thalamus LLC. Autilogix™ is a registered trademark of Thalamus LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without our explicit written consent.
5. Assessment data
Assessment responses and results belong to you. You grant us a limited license to process this data to provide and improve the service. We do not sell assessment data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Payment terms
Paid plans are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated at the time of purchase. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thalamus LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Thalamus LLC is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the AAA rules.
