Autilogix is a product of Thalamus LLC, a limited liability company. When we say "Autilogix," "we," "us," or "our," we mean Thalamus LLC. Our products are accessible at autilogix.com and app.autilogix.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect information you provide directly: account registration data (name, email), usage data (which features you use, when), assessment responses, and communication preferences. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Assessment responses are used solely to provide and improve the service to you.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: provide and improve Autilogix products; personalize your experience; send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts); communicate product updates when you have opted in; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data storage and security
Data is stored on servers in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to personal data is restricted to employees with a need to know. We conduct regular security reviews.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@autilogix.com. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics (Plausible) are privacy-first and do not use cookies or collect personal data.
7. Third-party services
We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Plausible for privacy-preserving analytics. Each third party processes your data under their own privacy policy, subject to our data processing agreements with them.
8. Children
Autilogix products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately at privacy@autilogix.com.
9. Changes to this policy
We will notify registered users of material changes to this policy by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
